Patrick was great at explaining everything to us and overall, he did get us some of the best rates we saw around so we went with him. He was also recommended by our agent and was in great standing with our loan officer as well so that was a plus. Well recommended by many individuals over here including myself. Plus he was honest about not being able to give us better rates when bundling home and auto and that honesty was great. Didn't feel pressured by him to go through with anything as well. When we called other places, they really pushed to try to get us to sign before looking around but it was the opposite with Patrick and we really appreciate that. We use him for our home owners insurance.

I'm not sure where to start other than to say I don't leave reviews unless it's a 1 star. Patrick is a gem. You will not meet another person in ANY role that is more transparent, genuine, and hardworking than Mr. Murakami. I was with a National insurance agency for the last 20 years and making the switch was such an easy decision based on value - not only was the price significantly competitive, but the value you get with Patrick on your side can't be put into a dollar amount. Do yourself a favor and choose The Main Street Insurance agency for all of your insurance needs.

I have never shopped for insurance before nor have I worked with a broker. When I was in the market for a new car I realized I was being ridiculously overcharged on my current insurance company. I found Patrick through many other recommendations on a Facebook page and decided to give him a call. He answered on the first call (almost unheard of right?!) and took his time explaining to me his role in the insurance market and how he would work with me to find the best coverage at the best price. Within the day he had sent over quotes that honestly shocked me. I had purchased my new car and signed right up. He made the whole transaction easy, thorough and quick. He was a pleasure to work with, answered all my questions and even laughed at my lame jokes. I highly Highly recommend Patrick for your insurance needs. You will not be disappointed!!

You owe it to your wallet to take a chance on Patrick! He was able to use his insurance Jedi powers to get me a great rate on my new car and adding a TEENAGE driver. Every interaction I've had with him, he's treated me like family. I highly recommend him because of his thorough understanding of insurance, his promptness and he's quite frankly the best Swiss army knife you can have in your pocket. He now handles my car and home policies.
